REFUND POLICY

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At UMARA, we are committed to providing the highest quality service and products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not fully satisfied with your experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Refund Conditions 
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
1. Service-Related Concerns: If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will gladly address the issue or offer a re-service based on management discretion.
2. Product Purchases: Products purchased in the salon are non-refundable. However, if a product is found to be defective, we will offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
3. Appointment Cancellations: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within less than 24 hours may incur a fee.

Refund Process  
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds are assessed case by case, and management reserves the right to determine the eligibility for a refund or re-service.
